I was moving to the San Diego area, but wasn't sure I was ready to buy, he referred me to some other military folks who would rent me a room in their home while I waited to find the right house for me. He’s very knowledgeable on the market and was responsive to all of our needs. We began our house hunting while still living in Hawaii, so Joe went to every house we asked him to and would give us good video tours as well as his honest feedback. We really appreciated his honesty and feedback. A few times we almost settled for less than we wanted and let emotions take over but Joe always provided us with the voice of reason and got us our dream home. Joe was fantastic. This is my 4th home purchase and hands down the best realtor I’ve had. He was extremely knowledgeable in the area and with the process. I was moving from another city and each time I asked about a home I saw online he was very transparent and Would tell me about the neighborhood, schools, etc. He also steered me to a lender I had never heard of that was able to beat my banks rate by more than 1%.
